摘　　要：针对链式刀库及机械手的可靠性问题,提出并设计了一种针对链式刀库及机械手的可靠性试验装置。首先对试验台的总体方案和系统构成进行了设计,然后详细设计试验台结构、控制系统及检测系统。最后分析链式刀库及机械手的常见故障,并结合其换刀过程,提出了其可靠性试验方法,为提高链式刀库及机械手可靠性提供了实验手段和方法。A reliability test machine is designed for the reliability problem of chain magazine and its manipulator. Firstly, the overall program of the test bed and system configuration is designed, then the structure of test bed, control system and the detection system are designed. Finally, a detailed analysis of chain magazine, and a comprehensive introduction of the reliability testing method combined with the process of tool change which provides an import basis for improving the reliability of chain magazine are presented.
