摘 要:人事档案纳入高校综合档案统一管理有着积极和深远的意义,然而人事档案长期游离于高校综合档案管理范围之外,因两者在归档方式、监管部门、执行标准、信息化程度等方面存在着差异性。文章提出信息系统的兼容与有效对接、交接程序的理顺与体制的整合、人事与档案部门的友好沟通与合作等有效的措施,从而达到高校档案统一管理、适应档案信息化建设需要和有效整合档案资源的目的。Incorporating personal files into comprehensive archives management together in colleges and universities is of positive and far-reaching significance. However, due to the differences related to archiving modes, regulatory sectors, standards of implementation and degree of informationization, the management of personal files has been outside the scope of comprehensive archives in colleges and universities for a long time. In order to achieve the purposes of unifying university archive management, meeting the demand of file information construction, and integrating file resources efficiently, this article proposes certain effective countermeasures, such as compatibility and effective joint of information system, streamlining handover procedures and integrating institutions, friendly communicating and cooperating between personnel and archival departments.
