摘　　要：从卫生防疫站图书室面临的困境、互联网上医学信息资源的现状以及电子阅览室的规划与建设三个方面 ,分析、论述了建设电子阅览室是充分利用网上医学信息资源、摆脱卫生防疫站图书室目前困境的一种必然选择 ,提出了符合卫生防疫站实际的电子阅览室的建设目标 ,并着重强调了电子阅览室的关键“软件”With the popularization of inter-net, rapid development of inter-net technology and wide application of computer and contemporary information technology in health service, methods getting medical information were reforming radically. This paper discussed that establishment of electronic reading-room was only choice to widely use medical information in the net and make the libraries of health and anti-epidemic stations get out from dilemma from three aspects, which were dilemma of the libraries of health and anti-epidemic stations, medical information in the net and plan and construction of electronic reading-room. The targets of construction of electronic reading-room were put forward. The key of developing electronic reading-room was construction of the talent team.
