摘　　要：新医改中的"强化政府责任"、"强基层"、"引导一般诊疗下沉基层"等政策为面向基层医学生的事业发展带来良好机遇。同时,新医改的目标,缓解乃至解决"看病难,看病贵"问题,对面向基层医学生也提出了很大挑战。他们需要通过多方面努力才能胜任这一时代使命。机遇来自人们在经济社会不断发展的基础上对社会伦理,即公正的追求,挑战主要源于技术进步前提下整体事业对个体道德,即善的要求。二者契合构成事业成功的伦理基础。The new health care reform has advocated strengthening the government~ responsibility, strengthe- ning grass -roots, and guiding the general treatment to primary health care sectors. These policies have brought a- bout some good opportunities for the medical students at basic level to develop their careers. At the same time, the target of the new health care reform, that is to relieve and even resolve the difficulty and costliness in medical treatment, has also brought about some large challenges for them. They have to make various efforts to be competent in this era mission. The opportunities come from the pursuit for social justice of people in the condition of the continu- ous development of the economy and society. The challenges mainly come from the individual moral requirement of the overall career under the technological progress. A good combination of the two forms the ethical basis for the success of the career.
