GM600型气相色谱仪在高纯氢分析中的应用

摘　　要：由于武钢氧气公司改用冷轧煤气通过变压吸附装置制取氢气,氢气的杂质成分发生了变化,原有的2700型氦离子化色谱仪已不能满足氢气产品的分析要求,改用GM600型气相色谱仪来分析氢气中的杂质组分。简介GM600型气相色谱仪的工作原理和气路流程,分析GM600型气相色谱仪原分析方法及其不足,阐述对原分析方法所做的改进和分析效果。Since our company substitutes the hydrogen generated by pressure swing adsorption unit for the previous cold-roll gas, the impurity compositions of hydrogen change, the previous Type 2700 helium ionization gas chromatograph is unable to meet the requirements on analysis of hydrogen product, and thus Type GM600 gas chromatograph is used to analyze the impurity compositions in hydrogen. Here, the work principle and gas path of Type GM600 gas chromatograph are briefed, the previous analysis method and demerits of Type GM600 gas chromatograph are analyzed, and the improvements in the previous analysis method and the effects are described.
