摘  要:当分子筛吸附性能下降和精馏塔阀门操作不正确,在空气中水含量较大时,KDON-400Y/400Y型空分设备的产品纯度发生波动。更换全部分子筛和改善操作后,空分设备恢复正常运行。简介KDON-400Y/400Y型液体空分设备的流程和产品纯度波动现象,阐述在环境温度较高和湿度较大时,对分子筛纯化系统和精馏塔系统采取的改进操作以及取得的效果。When the absorption performance of molecular sieve is deteriorated and the valves of rectification tower fail to correctly function, in case of high moisture content in air, the product purity of Model KDON-400Y/400Y air separation plant will fluctuate. After replacing all molecular sieves and improving operation procedures, the air separation plant resumes normal operation. Here, the flow process and fluctuation of product purity of Model KDON-400Y/400Y liquid air separation plant are briefed, and the improving measures to molecular sieve purification system and rectification tower system running at higher ambient temperature and the obtained effects are described.
