摘　　要：作为一种有效的生产组织方式,产业集群保持竞争优势的根本是技术创新和运用,从这个意义上来说,产业集群是区域创新系统的一种重要实现方式。本文重点从地域空间角度客观分析了当前我国高新技术产业发展的突出特征,总结分析我国高新技术产业集群发展的基本经验,提出推动我国高技术产业创新集群发展和政府政策行为选择的政策启示。As an effective organization pattern, technology innovation is the key of industrial cluster. To this extent, industrial cluster is an important realization form for regional innovation system. This paper analyzes the spatial characteristics and summarizes the cluster development experience in China. At last, this article points out the policy enlightments for China＇s High-tech industry development.
