奥巴马政府对外政策探析

摘　　要：奥巴马上台后,面对国际形势与美国实力的变化,为维护和巩固美国的"一超"地位,提出并开始实施以促进发展、保证安全和提升国际合作等为主要内容的对外战略。为了更顺利、有效地实现这些目标,奥巴马政府对外政策遵循了"巧实力"的战略推行理念。由于目前美国仍是国际政治舞台上唯一的超级大国,奥巴马政府的对外政策会对国际格局和国际秩序产生重大而深远的影响,中美关系也在奥巴马执政期间呈现出不同于其它时期的发展态势。Confronting the changed international political situation and the reality of relative declining of US power,Obama administration advocates the new foreign policy,which contains the main contents such as promoting world development,ensuring US security and enhancing international cooperation to maintain and strengthen the US role as the only superpower in the international political system by implementing the idea of the ＂ smart power＂.Undoubtedly,the foreign policy of Obama administration would have an important influence on both international system and Sino-US relations.
