摘 要:充分利用工业废渣赤泥中的有效元素制备高效廉价的聚合铁铝混凝剂。通过正交实验确定了赤泥中Fe、Al的最优浸取条件是:液固比10∶1,盐酸浓度5mol/L,温度90℃。采用最佳浸取条件测得Fe、Al总浸出率达到93.15%。该条件下加碱聚合制备的混凝剂在投加量10mL,模拟印染废水水样pH值7.0时效果最佳,浊度去除率达到98.5%,色度去除率达到96.3%。Making full use of effective elements in the red mud of industrial waste residue to prepare efficient and cheap poly-aluminum-ferric coagulant. And the optimal leaching conditions of Fe,A1 in the red mud determined by orthogonal experiments are as following: liquid/solid = 10:1, the concentration of hydrochloric acid is 5mol/L, the temperature is 90~C. The totle leaching rate of Fe,A1 reached 93.15% under the best leaching conditions. The effect of coagulant prepared by polymerization of adding sodium hydroxide under that conditions was optimal when the dosing quantity was 10mL/L, pH value of simulated dyeing wastewater was 7.0, and in this case the turbidity removal rate reached 98.5% and the chroma removal rate reached 96.3%.
