含油自润滑罗拉轴承在FA506细纱机的应用实践

摘　　要：传统纺织机械的加油方法，容易造成油污纱。频繁停车加油和平车，工作强度大、浪费资源。在FA506细纱机上用浙江嘉善铭盛自润滑轴承厂的FU系列铜基自润滑罗拉轴承代替原来的滚针轴承，实践证明，这种自润滑罗拉轴承由于加油周期长，彻底杜绝了油污纱的产生，提高了劳动生产率，降低成本，延长了设备的使用寿命。The traditional method of textile machinery lubricating is easily led to oil yarn. Frequently stop working refueling and maintaining will increase the workload and waste resources. The FU series of copper - based self - lu- bricating roller bearings made by Zhejiang Jiashan Mingsheng self - lubricating bearings factory were instead of the original needle bearing in FAS06 spinning frame, the practice shows that as the long lubricating cycle of the bear-ing, using such kind of self - lubricating bearing complete eliminated the oil yarn production, increased labor pro-ductivity, reduced the costs and extend the equipment work life.
