摘　　要：精密控制智能型可控气氛箱式渗氮炉是一种新型渗氮设备。通过对设备结构的改进设计,选用先进的温度、气氛控制技术及元器件,从而实现了设备精密、智能控制的技术要求,满足了产品的处理要求。Precise controlling intelligent controlled atmosphere chamber nitriding furnace is a new nitriding equipment. Through improved design of the device structure and selected advanced temperature and atmosphere control technology and components, the technical requirements of the precision equipment and intelligent control were achieved and processing requirements of the product were meeted.
