摘 要:目的 了解正常非孕妇女及早、中、晚各妊娠期妇女血中 αl-AT及FIB的浓度,分析这2种因子的变化及相互关系。方法 采用免疫比浊法检测74例非孕及早、中、晚妊娠妇女血浆中的 αl-AT及FIB的浓度。结果 αl-AT随孕周增加而减少,FIB随孕周增加而增加,FIB与 α1-AT呈显著负相关,两者的回归方程为 y=-79.12x+619.18(x为 α1-AT,y为FIB)。结论al-AT参与妊娠期凝血抗凝系统的调节,αl-AT对妊娠期间高凝状态有重要作用。Objective To evaluate the normal concentrations of αl-AT and FIB in both non-pregnancies and pregnancies at early stage, middle stage and late stage and analyze the correlation between the two factors. Methods Immunoturbidimetric assay methods were used to detect αl-AT and FIB in 74 samples. Results α l-AT was decreased and FIB was increased with the pregnancy stage. FIB and α l-AT had significantly negative correlation. The linear equation was y=-79.12x+619.18 (x is α l-AT, y is FIB). Conclusion The α l-AT takes part in the regulation of the coagulation and fibrolysis system in pregnancies; α l-AT is an important factor in high coagulation condition in pregnancies.
