摘　　要：总结了目前我国高精度机床灰铸铁铸件生产中存在的问题,叙述了制造业发展对机床灰铸铁铸件的质量要求,介绍了影响机床灰铸铁铸件性能的因素,提出了实现高碳当量高强度机床灰铸铁铸件生产的有效途径。The problems existing at present in China＇s production of gray iron castings used for high precision machine tools were summarized. The quality requirements of the machine tool gray cast iron castings raised by the development of the manufacture industry were described. The factors influencing the properties of the machine tool gray cast iron casting were introduced, and the effective approach to realize high CE and high strength machine tool gray cast iron castings production was proposed.
