摘 要:研究分析了原砂粒度大小、粒度分布、粒形和砂粒表面状态对自硬树脂砂性能的影响情况。结果显示:在相同树脂加入量条件下,原砂粒度对自硬树脂砂粘结强度的影响情况是树脂在砂粒表面形成的粘结膜厚度与粘结桥尺寸大小两方面综合作用的结果决定的;虽然较粗的原砂耐火度较高,但一般情况下,因考虑耐火性能而采用粗砂的措施却不一定妥当;铸造企业应根据具体情况选择适合产品的最佳粒度级配;多角形原砂配制的型砂的抗压强度较高,比圆形砂更适合用作铸造生产;填补原砂表面纹理、凹陷需耗用一定的树脂量,且砂粒表面粘附的污染物既削弱粘结剂的附着力,还可能影响型砂的粘结。The influences of the grain size, grain distribution, grain shape and grain surface state of the raw sand on the self- setting resin sand was investigated and analyzed. The results showed that,under the condition of the same resin adding amount, the influence of grain size of raw sand on the binding strength was depended on the combined effect result of the resin binding film thickness and resin binding bridge dimensions on the sand grain surface; although the refractoriness of the raw sand having bigger grain size was relatively higher, however, under the general conditions, using coarse raw sand to increase refractoriness is not always the proper choice; the foundry enterprises should choose the optimal grain sizes combination suitable to the casting products in all depends: The anti-pressure strength of the resin sand mixed by using polygonal-shaped raw sand was relatively higher and therefore, it's more suitable used for casting production compared with using round-shaped sand; It would to expend some amount of resin to fill up the veins and depressed cavities on the grain surface, and the contaminations adhered onto the grain surface may not only weaken the adhering force of the binder, and also influence the binding of the sand grains.
