摘  要:针对压力容器的失效分析,考虑几种主要参数的不确定性和随机性,应用蒙特卡罗模拟法抽样计算了服从某种特定分布的随机变量。利用数值积分法编制计算机程序,分别求出在一定可靠度和置信度下的疲劳寿命;求出相应的可靠度和失效概率。比较了不同初始裂纹尺寸和断裂韧性对疲劳寿命的影响,并给出了算例。分析结果表明,方法具有较高的应用价值和工程意义。According to the failure analysis of pressure vessel, and considering several primary uncertain factors, the random variables which had some certain distributions were calculated by Mote-Carlo simulation method. A computer program was developed by numerical integration method, the fatigue life under given reliability and credit degree was gained. The reliability and failure probability of pressure vessel were also obtained. The fatigue life in different crack size was compared, and an example was given. It had great application and engineering significance by analyzing the result.
