低能量体外震波碎石机治疗尿路结石132例报告

摘　　要：目的 :探讨低能量体外震波碎石机的治疗效果及其副作用。方法 :应用 MZ— V型低能量体外震波碎石机治疗尿路结石 1 32例 ,治疗工作电压 4.5～ 9.5k V。结果 :结石粉碎率为 1 0 0 % ,肾结石 2个月内排净率为 98.3% ,输尿管结石 1 .5个月内排净率为 98.6% ,副作用少 ,无严重并发症。结论 :低能量体外震波碎石机与高能量体外震波碎石机疗效相当 ,而前者副作用较少且较轻微。Purpose:To inquire into the curative effect and the side effect of low energy lithotripter.Methods:ESWL was carried out for 132 cases of urinary tract stones with a MZ V low energy lithotripter.The treatment voltage was 4.5 ～ 9.5 kV.Results:The pulvirizing rate of calculi has been 100%.The complete discharging rate of kidney stone at 2 months was 98.3 %.Side effect was small.No serious side effect has been observed whatsoever.Conclusions:Low energy lithotripter is near to high energy lithotripter on curative effect.However,The side effect of the former is lesser and lighter than that of the later.
