摘　　要：通过对《素问.生气通天论》"高梁之变,足生大丁"文献分析,显示其对于痛风病因病机、临床表现、治疗预防方面的深刻认识,对痛风临床治疗具有极高指导意义。Though the document analysis about ＂ sorghum of change, the small foot hygiene＂ in the book ＂ Suwen Angry tong tian theory＂ ,it indicates the profound recognition on the etiology ,pathology, clinical manifestation, treatment, prevention about gout disease, and has very highly instructive to the clinical treatment about gout.
