骨复活汤和介入治疗激素性早期股骨头坏死的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察骨复活汤和介入治疗激素性股骨头缺血性坏死国际分期法I期的临床疗效。方法:自拟骨复活汤和介入治疗I期26例,与仙灵骨葆和介入治疗I期24例作对比。结果:治疗组36例髋,总有效率94.4%;对照组35例髋,总有效率77.1%。2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组分期及对照组分期分别与疗效比较均有极显著性差异(P<0.005)。结论:骨复活汤和介入治疗优于仙灵骨葆和介入治疗早期激素性股骨头缺血性坏死的疗效,分期与疗效密切相关,早期发现治疗效果较好。Objective： To compare Gufuhuotang and Interventional Therapy and Xianlinggubao and Interventional Therapy short-term clinical efficacy of treatment Adult SANFH in International Ⅰ phases. Methods： 26 cases in I phases were treated with Gufuhuotang and Interventional Therapy, compared with 24 cases with Xianlinggubao and Interventional Therapy. Results： Of 36 hips of treatment group, the effectiveness was 94.4% ; Of 35 hips of control group, the effectiveness was 77.1% ; There was significant difference by test（P 〈0.05） , so the curative effect of treatment group is better than control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： To treat Adult SANFH in International Ⅰ phases, Gufuhuotang and Interventional Therapy is better than Xianlinggubao and Interventional Therapy; the curative effect is closely connected with the phases, the earlier, the better.
