以《名医类案》、《续名医类案》例证古代医家从肾论治的方药特点

摘　　要：通过对《名医类案》、《续名医类案》两部医著的系统整理,筛查出从肾论治医案,将该类医案建成数据库并对医案中使用方药情况进行频次统计和数据挖掘,总结出古人从肾论治善用经典处方及加减用药,初步理清古代医家从肾论治思路,进而挖掘"肾藏精"的本质内涵,丰富肾藏象理论体系。Systematically, the medical record about the therapies througth treating kidney are classified through these two books. Database is found for the information of medicines and priscriptions, in order to summarize the classic priscription about the therapies through treating kidney and the dosage of the medicine. The nature of the theory ＂ kidney storing essence＂ can be revealed and Visceral Manifestation of kidney can be diversified on the foundation of clearing up the therapies through treating kidney in ancient times.
