摘　　要：中医药信息是在中医理论指导下,对中医药系统运动过程中内部与外部全部关系自然整合后生成的综合现象的认识。中医药信息的主要特征包括中医药信息是认识论层次的信息,具有明显的主客融合的特征,相对重视系统时间上的延续变化状态,是开放环境下获取的包含本质的现象信息。目前中医药信息获取及利用手段的落后是制约中医学发展的瓶颈之一,应基于中医药信息的以上特征,加强中医药信息获取与利用方式的研究,提高中医药信息的信息获取、转化与利用能力。Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine is the comprehensive understanding of generated phenomenon which including all internal and external natural integration relations in the process of the Traditional Chinese Medicine system movement inside and outside. The main features of information on Traditional Chinese Medicine are that information on Traditional Chinese Medicine is the information on the epistemological level with the obvious characteristics of subject - object fusion. It attaches importance to the continuation of the time in the system relatively and contains the essence of the phenomenon of information obtained in an open environment. The backwardness means of access and use on the Chinese medicine information is one of the bottlenecks of the constraints in the development of medicine. Information on traditional Chinese medicine should be based on the above characteristics, strengthen the means of access and use on traditional Chinese medicine information, improve the information acquisition, conversion and utilization ability.
