摘　　要：目的　总结 112例先天性眼裂狭小畸形矫正治疗情况 ,探讨对不同类型的眼裂狭小畸形的矫正方法。方法　根据临床表现的不同 ,将眼裂狭小畸形分为轻度、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型 4种。用两种方法治疗 ,每种方法分Ⅰ、Ⅱ期手术。方法 1　 :内眦开大术 (内眦韧带缩短、墨氏法改形 ) ,Y -V法外眦开大术 ,额肌瓣悬吊矫正上睑下垂。方法 2　 :内眦开大术 (内眦韧带固定术、墨氏法改形 ) ,Y -V法外眦开大术 ,额肌瓣悬吊矫正上睑下垂。结果　本组 112例 ,方法 1　Ⅰ期手术 4例 ,2例满意 ;Ⅱ期手术 7例 ,2例满意 ,5例不满意。共 11例。 4例满意 ,7例不满意。方法 2　Ⅰ期手术 81例 ,81例满意 ;Ⅱ期手术 2 0例 ,16例满意 ,4例不满意。共 10 1例。 97例满意 ,4例不满意。结论　方法 1　手术效果差。方法 2　手术效果好 ,Ⅰ、Ⅱ期手术均可获得较好的手术效果。Objective To evaluate the correction treatment of 112 cases of congenital blepharophimosis stage and explore proper correction methods for different variety of this congenital deformity. Methods The 112 cases were classified into 4 varieties based on clinical manifestations, i.e.mild type, type Ⅰ, type Ⅱ and type Ⅲ. Two methods were offered, each method consisted of stage Ⅰ and stage Ⅱ. stage Ⅰ consists of enlargement of medial angle of eye (shortening of the ligament of inner canthus), and Y V enlargement of lateral angle of eye (first stage); correction of ptosis of upper eyelid with frontal muscle flap suspension(second stage). Operation consists of enlargement of medial angle of eye (fixation of the ligament of inner canthus) , and Y V enlargement of lateral angle of eye(first stage);correction of ptosis of upper eyelid with frontal muscle flap suspension(second stage) .Results In 112 cases, Operation Ⅰ was applied for 4 cases, and 2 cases were satisfied; Operation Ⅱ was performed for 7 cases, and 2 cases were satisfied , 5 cases unsatisfied; of the 11 cases received stage 1 and stage 2 of method 1, 4 cases were satisfied,7 cases unsatisfied.Stage 1 of method two was applied for 81 cases and the 81 cases were satisfied. Stage 2 of method two was performed for 20 cases, 16 cases were satisfied, 4 cases unsatisfied. In total, 101 cases were treated with stage 1 and stages 2 of method two, 97 cases were satisfied and 4 cases unsatisfied.Conclusion In method 1 the effects of the stage 1 and stage 2 were poor, and in method two the effects of both operations were good.
