摘　　要：目的探讨Ezrin、CD44蛋白在肝癌组织中的表达与癌细胞转移的关系。方法采用Western blot法检测73例肝癌组织和23例肝硬化组织的Ezrin、CD44蛋白表达情况。结果 Ezrin、CD44蛋白在有转移肝癌组织中的表达水平明显高于无转移肝癌组织和肝硬化组织(P<0.01);Ezrin蛋白、CD44蛋白在肝癌组织中的表达与Edmondson分级不相关(P>0.05)。结论 Ezrin、CD44蛋白在肝癌组织中的表达与肝癌细胞的转移相关。Objective To explore the relationship between Ezrin,CD44 protein and cancer metasis in hepatoceular carcinoma.Methods The Western blot was carried out to detect the level of Ezrin and CD44 protein from 73 lever cancer and 23 cirrhosis.Results Higher expression of Ezrin and CD44 protein was found in liver cancer tissues of metastasis,compared to that in not metastasis and cirrhosis tissues（P〈0.01）.The level of Ezrin and CD44 protein expression in different pathological types were not significantly correlated to Edmondson stages of liver cancer（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The higher expression of Ezrin and CD44 protein may be correlated to the metastasis of liver cancer.
