摘 要:巷道稳定性控制技术研究是深井软岩支护研究的重点,寻求安全、经济、快速的深井巷道支护技术对于矿山安全生产具有重要意义。龙固煤矿井底车场交岔点和北区回风大巷所处岩层应力状态复杂,为保证其稳定性进行了巷道二次支护,一次支护采用锚、网、索、喷支护。二次支护结构为锚、注、喷支护,矿压监测结果表明,二次支护结构和围岩提高了整体承载力并逐步趋向于稳定,巷道表面位移变形量和收敛速率逐渐趋于稳定,锚杆受力变化曲线斜率很小,巷道稳定性控制达到预期结果。The stability controlling technology of the roadway is a focus of study in supporting of deep soft rock,seeking safe,economic and rapid supporting technology of the deep soft-rock roadway is of great significance to guarantee safety in production of mines.The stress states of the rock stratum in which there are the intersections of shaft bottom and the north return airway are more complicated.In order to guarantee the stability of the roadways,twice supporting were carried out,the first supporting was implemented with anchor,nets,cable and sprayed concrete,and the second supporting was implemented with anchor,grouting,and sprayed concrete.The monitored results showed that the overall bearing capacity of the twice supporting structure and the surrounding rock was enhanced and gradually tend to stability,the surface displacement and the deformation rate of convergence gradually became stable,and the slope of stress curves of the rock bolt was minor.The expected result of roadway stability control has been achieved.
