摘  要:在系统分析潘津煤矿自燃火灾影响因素的基础上,根据层次分析法的基本原理建立了潘津煤矿自燃火灾安全评价体系。该评价体系包括煤层自燃情况、防火安全管理和火灾处理3大二级因素,这3个二级因素又分为9项三级因素和27个具体评价指标。通过权重分析和一致性检验,得出煤层自燃发火期、煤质及埋藏条件、巷道布置与支护方式、传感器灵敏度校验、煤矿火灾监测系统、灌浆系统的构建所占权重较大,因而在防灭火过程中应加以重视。针对潘津煤矿的实际评价表明,潘津煤矿存在着煤层自燃火灾发生的可能性,因而应采取相应的预防措施。The influencing factors of coal spontaneous combustion in Panjin mine were analyzed systematically.A safety evaluation system of coal spontaneous combustion for the mine was established based on AHP.The evaluation system consists of the situation of coal spontaneous combustion,fire accident prevention management and fire accident control as second-class index,9 third indexes and 27 third-class indexes.The weights of influencing factors were determined and analyzed,the consistency test of weights was made.The result showed that the spontaneous firing period of coal seam,coal quality and burying conditions,layout and supporting pattern of roadway,sensitivity checking of sensors,the construction of mine fire accident monitoring system and grouting system are more important than other factors,so those factors should be paid more attention in mine fire accident prevention and control.The safety evaluation of Panjin mine showed there will be possibilities to take place spontaneous combustion fire accident in the mine,so related mine fire accident prevention and control countermeasures should be adopted.
