摘 要:设计制作了一种低损耗、贴片式(SMD)独块状的八级介质滤波器。该滤波器采用切比雪夫响应的方法设计,利用εr为45的高Q值独块状微波陶瓷制作,谐振器之间使用电容和电容加载耦合。制备出了中心频率为897.5MHz、插入损耗小于2.5dB的介质滤波器。测试结果表明,该滤波器满足800-1500MHz频率范围通讯基站要求。A SMD monolithic eight-pole dielectric filter with low insertion loss was designed and manufactured. The filter was designed by Chebyshev resonance method and fabricated by high Q factor monolithic ceramic materials with the relative permittivity of 45. The resonators were coupled by capacitors and capacitive loads. The filter with center frequency of 897.5 MHz and insertion loss of 2.5 dB was fabricated. Test results show that the filter meets the requirements of the communication base station with frequencies between 800 to 1 500 MHz.
