摘 要:目的 :了解糖尿病足坏疽致病菌的分布情况、变化趋势及致病特点。 方法 :用梅里埃ATB细菌仪鉴定创面分泌物中的细菌分布。 结果 :96 %标本细菌培养阳性 ,2~ 3种需、厌氧菌混合感染 ,需氧菌以大肠杆菌、洋葱假单孢菌及金葡菌为主并兼有厌氧特性 ,厌氧菌以产气荚膜梭菌、二氧化碳嗜纤维杆菌、脆弱拟杆菌多见 ,偶见肉毒梭菌。 结论 :糖尿病足坏疽虽以缺血、末梢神经病变为常见诱因 ,但感染也是不容忽视的伴发因素。Objective:To illustrate the distribution,trend and pathogenic characters of pathogenic bacteria of diabetic foot gangrene.Methods:Surface secretion of wound was identified by the instrument of ATB expression of bioMe'rieux.Results:96 percent of the bacteria cultures were positive aerobic bacteria including E.coli,pseudomonas and staphylococcus aureus,and anaerobic bacteria including clostridium perfringens,capnocytophaga spp,bacteroides fragilis and occationally cloatridium borulinum.Conclusion:Although anemia and pathological changes of nerve fiber ending is commonly responsible for the development of diabetic foot gangrene,bacterial infection can not be a negligible associated factor.
