摘 要:在通带附近引入传输零点可以得到具有良好带外抑制特性的带通滤波器。提出了一种新型的接地开口谐振单元并提取了该单元结构的等效电路模型。通过与电磁仿真结果对比,证明了对单元结构分析的准确性与提取等效电路模型的有效性。结果表明,该谐振单元在高频段引入了一个传输零点。同时,在基本不影响通带中心频率的前提下,可以通过改变部分结构参数来调整该传输零点的位置进行灵活设计。最后,利用3个单元结构的级联设计具有良好通带特性及带外抑制特性的带通滤波器。对滤波器进行了仿真、加工及测试,测试结果与仿真结果有良好的一致性。By introducing transmission zeros near the pass band, a band pass filter with good suppression can be ob- tained. In this letter, a novel grounded open-loop resonator was proposed and the equivalent circuit model of this resonator was extracted. The analysis of this resonator and validity of extracted circuit models was verified through comparing the results of the unit and the ones of given circuit model. The results indicated that a transmission zero is achieved. Additional, the transmis- sion zero can be adjusted by varying specifically parameters on the condition that the centre frequency of pass band is influenced slightly, this method is flexible. Finally, a filter with good performances and suppression was realized by connecting three units and this filter was fabricated and measured. Simulation result and measurement result are matched well.
