摘 要:提供了电阻加载吸收式宽带均衡器的设计模型和等效电路,与宽带均衡器传统定性分析方法不同,本文对宽带均衡器的谐振频率、带宽和衰减量做了定量分析,给出了详细的计算公式和设计步骤,并依据这些公式和步骤提供了设计实例,测试曲线与计算结果显示了良好的一致性。针对传统宽带均衡器加工后难以调节的缺点,文章还设计了一种同轴结构的宽带均衡器,通过调整腔盖和电阻环的插入深度,这种宽带均衡器能在加工完成后对谐振频率、Q值和衰减量进行调节,且体积较小,具有良好的应用前景。In this paper, the model of resistor-aided broadband equalizers was provided and the equivalent circuit was analyzed. Different from traditional analytic method, this paper provided the method to calculate the resonating frequency, bandwidth and attenuation quantitatively. The formula for calculation and the steps to design broadband equalizer were offered in detail and a microstrip equalizer was designed according to this. The measure results showed good performance. Addition- ally, a tunable broadband coaxial equalizer was designed. By tuning the length of coaxial resonator and the length of the re- sistor ring, the equalizer can be frequency,Q factor and attenuation adjusted after the equalizer had been made. This equaliz- er was small in size and would be applied widely.
