摘　　要：目的:总结小儿气管支气管异物的临床诊断与治疗方法,以有效降低患儿的并发症与死亡率。方法:回顾性分析110例儿童气管支气管异物的相关临床资料。结果:顺利取出异物109例,1例因来院时病情危重,出现呼吸循环衰竭症状,抢救无效死亡。结论:在儿童气管支气管异物的临床诊治中,必须保证诊断的及时性与准确性,以免延误患儿的病情。在治疗中应尽量采取有效、可靠的手术方法,确保患儿的安全与健康。Objective Summary of the tracheobronchial foreign body in children clinical diagnosis and method of treatment,to effectively reduce the morbidity and mortality.Methods A retrospective analysis of 110cases of pediatric tracheobronchial foreign body of relevant clinical information.Results This group of patients,smooth out foreign body in 109 cases,1 cases due to the hospital in critical condition,occurrence of respiratory and circulatory failure symptoms,rescue invalid death.Conclusion Tracheobronchial foreign body in children clinical diagnosis,must ensure the timeliness and accuracy,so as not to delay the disease in children.The treatment should take effective,reliable operation,ensure the safety and health of children.
