摘　　要：目的　探讨AF钉在治疗胸腰段锥体骨折的疗效。方法　采用切开复位 ,AF钉内固定 ,同时行椎管探查减压对 36例患者行手术治疗。结果　对 36例病人术后随访 ,均有不同程度的恢复 ,不全性截瘫患者术后恢复较好 ,完全性截瘫患者术后恢复较差。结论　AF钉治疗胸腰椎骨折 ,椎体复位较满意 ,手术操作简单 ,固定可靠。Objectives To discuss the effects of AF nail in treatment thoracle-lumber vertebrae fractures.Methods Adopt to incision reduction,AF nail interfixation and vertebral canal exploration,decompression for 36 patients during operation treatment.Results Return visit for 36 patients after operation. All patients recovered in some level.The recovery in uncompleted paralysis patients after operation were significantly higher,however,the recovery in completed paralysis patients were lower.Conclusions AF nail in treatment thoracle-lumber vertebrae fractures,the reduction for vertebra body was satisfy, the operation was simply and the fixation was stable
