摘　　要：本文介绍了美国、德国等发达国家推进信息化建设的相关情况,并对他们的成功经验进行扼要总结,着重剖析了美国推进信息化建设的具体做法,国外实践表明,健全的信息化法律体系、恰当的体制安排、合理的组织结构及良好的信息资源共享机制对推动我国环境信息化建设具有重要意义。This paper briefly introduced the current situation of informatization process in US, Germany and other advanced coun- tries and also summarized their successful experience on the promotion of informatization. It mainly analyzed specific practices of US in the promotion of informatization, which shows that right legal system, proper institutional arrangement, rational organization structure and sound information sharing mechanism are of great significance for environmental informatization process in China.
