摘 要:通过对氧化铝生产废水处理站一体化净水器运行中故障频发进行原因分析,找出了问题所在,并根据现场水质特点,提出并实施了多项改进措施。实践证明,改进后虽然能保证一体化净水器正常运行,但由于过滤层反冲洗不彻底,滤料板结严重,该设备的局部结构并不能适应氧化铝生产废水的水质特点。Through analyzing the structure and operational mechanism of the integrated water purller applied in a wastewater treatment station of aluminum plant, the reasons that caused the frequently occurred faults during its operation were found out, and then, the corresponding improvement measures were proposed and implemented. The practice showed that, although the modified system could ensure the normal operation of the integrated water purifier, the filtering material hardening was serious due to the non-thorough back washing of the filter layer. It was indicated that, the partial structure of the said device could not adapt to the characteristics of the wastewater from alumina production.
