摘  要:目的观察不同时间电针治疗对脑出血大鼠血肿周围组织基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的动态变化。方法选取健康成年雄性Wistar大鼠120只,随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、电针组,其中模型组、电针组又分为6、24、48、72 h等4个时间组,一共是10组,每组12只。在相应的时间点和治疗后取材,用干湿重法测定脑组织含水量和免疫印迹法进行半定量检测MMP-9的表达。结果模型组MMP-9的表达在6h开始增强,在24h的表达显著增强,在48h达到高峰,在72h表达开始下调;脑出血后脑组织含水量与MMP-9的表达呈正相关,各相应时间点的电针组与模型组比较,MMP-9的表达均明显减少;电针组间比较,24h组MMP-9的表达显著降低。结论脑出血后电针能减少脑血肿周围MMP-9的表达,减轻脑水肿,而在脑出血后24h进行电针治疗,对MMP-9的表达影响更具有显著性的意义。Objective To observe the dynamic changes MMP-9 of rat brain after cerebral hemorrhage in different times of electro-acupuncture therapy.Methods 120 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group,sham-operated group,model group and EA group,In which the model group and EA group is divided into 6h,after 24h,48h,72 h groups,In the corresponding time points and after therapy,rats were killed to measure the brain water content by dry-wet weigh method.The others were to measure the protein expression of mmp-9 by Western blot.Results Model of MMP-9 expression began to increase at 6h,after 24h expression enhanced significantly,reached a peak after 48h,after 72h began to down,Cerebral hemorrhage in brain tissue water content and MMP-9 expression is positively correlated;compared with model group,The expression of MMP-9 was significantly reduced between the EA group,24h of MMP-9 expression was significant reduced.Conclusion Cerebral hemorrhage EA can reduce MMP-9 expression of the brain around the hematoma,cerebral edema,cerebral hemorrhage 24 EA treatment,the expression of MMP-9 has a significant meaning
