蒲公英枸杞番茄红素合剂对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察蒲公英枸杞番茄红素合剂对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法小鼠随机分为4组:空白对照组和蒲公英枸杞番茄红素合剂高、中、低剂量组。连续灌胃14d,测定各组小鼠迟发性变态反应、巨噬细胞吞噬功能及血清白介素2(IL-2)水平。结果与空白对照组比较,蒲公英枸杞番茄红素合剂对小鼠的迟发型变态反应的程度有增高的趋势(P<0.05);能明显增强小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能(P<0.05,P<0.01),明显增加血清IL-2水平(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论蒲公英枸杞番茄红素合剂能增强小鼠的免疫功能。Objective To investigate the effect of Dandelion-medlar-lycopene mixture on the immune function of mice.Methods Mice were randomLy divided into 4 groups： control group,high-dose-of DML group,middle-dose-of DML group and low-dose-of DML group.After 14-day lavage,tardive allergic reaction,phagocytosis function and the levels of IL-2 were tested.Results Compared with the control group,the tardive allergic reaction increased of the low-dose-of DML group（P0.05）.The same results were seen in both the middle-dose-of DML group and the high-dose-of DML group（P0.01）.Conclusion Dandelion-medlar-lycopene granules can strengthen the immune function of mice.
