摘　　要：提出双元战略的概念,认为它可以使组织获得长期竞争优势,推动组织经营战略从回归核心业务转向回归双核心业务,使组织发展从归核化进入双核化的新发展时期;提出了实现双元战略的路径,通过这一路径,组织既能进行渐进式改良,又能进行突变式创新,实现鱼和熊掌兼得,最终提高组织绩效,使组织获得成长。This paper put forward the concept of organizational ambidexterity and organizational ambidexterity allowed organ- izations to obtain long - term competitive advantages. It promoted organization management strategy from core business to re- turn to dual core business, made the organization development from the core into the dual of the new development period. The paper put forward to realize the dual strategic path, through this path, the organization could progress incremental im- provement and mutation type innovation, finally it could increase the performance of the organization, organization also grow.
