我国城乡结合部社会保障的问题与对策:基于公共服务均等化视角的分析

摘　　要：完善城乡结合部社会保障体系,必须结合城乡结合部实际,明确社会保障责任主体,不断加大财政投入,维护失地农民社会保障权益,提高对流动人口的社会保障水平,并增强社会保障政策的科学性和合理性。This paper analyzes the social security in urban - rural fringe and problems and its reasons. Result shows that ex- panding the coverage of social security programs, increasing the financial input, protecting the legitimate rights of the land - losing farmers, improving the social security level of the floating population, and raising the scientificalness and rationality of the social security policies.
