摘　　要：在建筑物拆除工程中,爆破的广泛应用为社会经济发展和进步提供了帮助,同时,伴随着爆破过程中产生的危害因素,也带了许多安全问题。为了确保拆除爆破的顺利进行,根据《爆破安全规程》(GB6722-2003)和《安全生产法》,在事故的预防措施(拆除爆破设计方案和安全防护措施)、施工管理和过程监控措施、突发事故应急处理预案三方面对拆除爆破中的安全管理措施进行了探讨。The wide application of blasting technology in demoli- tion industry helps economic development and social progress, but it also generates a lot of security problems. In order to en sure the success and safety of demolition blasting, with the guide of ＂Safety Regulations for Blasting＂ （GB6722--2003） and ＂Pro- duction Safety Law＂, the paper discussed three aspects of safety administration measures, including accidents prevention meas- ures （ demolition blasting designs and defending measures）, con- struction management and process monitoring measures, and un- foreseen emergency response plans.
