江西省高校高水平运动队教练员人力资源研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查等方法,对江西省普通高校高水平运动队教练员的年龄结构与执教年限、学历及职称情况、运动经历及所获运动等级、执教形式和选拔任用现状、激励措施等进行研究。结果表明江西省高校高水平运动队教练员队伍爱岗敬业,但知识结构不合理,理论知识强于实战指导能力。建议加强教练员进修和深造的力度,以及面向社会引进高水平的教练员,使教练员队伍执教水平得到提升。By using such methods as literature review, expert interviews and questionaires,this research has made a thorough analysis of the age structure, coaching years, academic qualifications and titles, sports experience,sports level, coaching form, present situation of selection and appointment and measures for encouragement of the coaches of the universities in Jiangxi Province. The results show that the coaches are very dedicated to their work, but their knowledge structure is not balanced,with theoretical knowledge superior to actual guidance competence. The suggestions are to develop their own coaches with efforts, enhance the present coaches＇ further training and eduucation as well as employ high-level coaches from society so as to promote the coaching level of the whole coach team.
