摘　　要：建设用地定额指标是土地审批、提高企业土地利用集约水平的重要依据和标准,但不同区域经济发展水平和土地资源状况,其建设项目用地需求也不同。纺织服装制造业是江西省的传统行业,并且近年来产量增长较快,但缺乏用地方面的相关标准。以此为例,基于调查的39家服装生产企业用地数据,利用统计分析、比较研究等方法测算并确定该行业的用地定额,旨在促进该行业的土地集约利用,为其他工业项目提供参考,建立适用江西省的建设用地标准。Land use ration of construction land is an important basis and standard in examining,approving and improving intensive level of land use.But it varies depending on local economy and land resources condition.Textile and clothing industry is the traditional industry in Jiangxi Province,whose production increased rapidly in recent years.However,no standard has yet been established related to land use.Aimed to promote the intensive use of land,based on collected data from 39 clothing enterprises in Jiangxi Province,this paper attempted to estimate land use ration through statistical analysis and comparative studies.This can serve as an example for other industry projects to promote the establishment of systematical standards for construction land use in Jiangxi Province.
