摘 要:目的 观察大鼠不同预变性时间神经移植体对神经再生的影响。方法 以Wistar大鼠为实验动物 ,左侧腓总神经做移植供体 ,修复右侧腓总神经缺损。预变性时间分别为 1、2、3周。术后分别于 6、10周进行检测。通过电生理学、组织学计量、胫前肌指数和电镜超微结构来评价神经再生的结果。结果 预变性组神经移植后神经再生的电生理学、组织学计量、胫前肌指数优于新鲜神经移植 ,术后 6周电镜可观察到有髓鞘发育良好的轴索进入远段神经。 10周时髓鞘进一步增粗。预变性 3周组神经再生优于其余各组。结论 预变性神经可作为一种理想的神经移植材料。不同的预变性时间影响神经的再生结果 ,本实验中预变性 3周是较好的预变性时间 ,最佳的预变性时间有待进一步探讨。Objective To investigate the effect of nerve autografts with different predegenerated time on the outcome of nerve regeneration. Methods The Wistar rats were used as experimental animals. The left common peroneal nerve served as donor to repair the defect of the right common peroneal nerve. The predegenerated time was 1 week, 2 week and 3 week respectively. The detection was performed 6 week and 10 week after operation. The outcome of the nerve regeneration was evaluated electrophysiologically, histologically and microscopically. Results The outcome of nerve regeneration in predegenerated nerve grafts was better than that of fresh nerve graft; Three week predegenerated nerve grafts was obtained the best regeneraiton outcome among the groups. Conclusion The predegenerated nerve graft could be used as an ideal material for nerve transplantation. Three week for predegeneration was an optimal time.
