关于满足城市困难群体精神文化需求的探析

摘　　要：城市困难群体作为弱势群体的一部分,不仅处于明显的经济弱势、政治弱势、心理弱势,而且还处于明显的文化弱势。他们的需要是多重的。在为其提供政策支持、制度保障、经济帮助、就业援助、心理疏导的同时,如何满足他们精神文化需求,给予他们相应的文化关怀是事关社会和谐稳定的大问题。以漳州为例,通过问卷调查、个别访谈、座谈会等形式,对漳州城市部分困难人员的精神文化需求进行全面了解,梳理出这一群体精神文化生活基本概况、突出特点及当前该群体最迫切的精神文化需求,并提出了相应的对策与建议。Urban poor groups as part of the vulnerable groups, not only in the obvious economic vulnerability, political weakness, mental weakness, but also vulnerable are at a distinct culture. They need to be multiple. To provide policy support, system security, economic assistance, employment assistance, psychological counseling, while how to satisfy their spiritual and cultural needs, provide them with appropriate cultural care is a matter of social harmony and stability issues. A case study of Zhangzhou, through questionnaires, interviews, seminars and other forms, parts of Zhangzhou city difficult personnel overall understanding of the spiritual and cultural needs, picking out this group of spiritual and cultural life of the basic profile, highlighting the features and current most pressing spiritual and cultural needs of the groups and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were made.
