摘 要:采用静水法测试了汞(Hg2+)、铅(Pb2+)对草鱼鱼苗的联合毒性效应及对其肝脏、肾脏和鳃组织结构的影响。试验结果显示,暴露时间为24、48、72、96h的相加指数分别为-0.4582、-0.5100、-0.5257、-0.5611,均小于0,表现为拮抗作用。对暴露后鱼体组织结构的观察结果表明,不同质量浓度的汞、铅混合药液引起的草鱼组织结构发生了不同程度的病变。The joint toxicity of mercury and lead to juvenile grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idellus) was studied by the static test method,and the type of joint toxicity effect was determined by Markings' additive index(AI).At the same time,the histological structures were studied in hepatopancreas,kidney and gills of grass carps exposed to mercury and lead.The results showed that the AI were-0.4582 in 24 exposure,-0.5100 in 48 exposure,-0.5257 in 72 exposure and-0.5611 in 96 h exposure,all less than 0,indicating that the joint toxicity of mercury and lead was antagonistic.The different degrees of lesions were observed in the hepatopancreas,kidney and gills of the grass carp exposed to various concentrations of mercury and lead.
