健康教育对疗养员改善口腔卫生状况的效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价口腔健康教育对疗养员的口腔卫生状况的改善效果。方法选择2009-07—2011-06在济南军区青岛第一疗养院疗养的疗养员为研究对象,将入选患者随机分为实验组和对照组,除常规疗养安排外,对实验组进行额外的口腔健康教育。在入院和出院时分别检测疗养员的简化口腔卫生指数、菌斑控制率和探诊出血率。结果共观察了106例疗养员,实验组57例,对照组49例。疗养结束时,与对照组相比,实验组人群的简化口腔卫生指数有明显改善,同时菌斑控制率和探诊出血率也显著降低(P<0.05)。结论口腔健康教育能改善疗养员的口腔卫生状况。Objective To assess the effect of health education to oral hygiene improvement among convalescents. Methods Convalescents at Qingdao Nol .sanatorium of Jinan military region from July, 2009 to June,2011 were randomly divided into experiment group and control group.Apart from conventional treatment, the experiment group were given extra oral health education.Before and after hospitalization, simplified oral hygiene index, dental plaque control rate, and bleeding on probing rate were detected.Results 106 convalescents were studied, 57 of which were in the experiment group and 49 in the control group.After rehabilitation, the simplified oral hygiene index of the experiment group was clearly improved, and the dental plaque control rate and bleeding on probing rate also clearly lowered（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Health education can improve the oral hygienic condition of convalescents.
