摘　　要：利用2010年我国30个省会城市的横截面数据,构建了广义线性模型,实证分析了创业成本的差异对各城市创业活动的影响机制和影响程度。研究发现,几乎所有的成本因素都与创业活跃度呈负相关关系,其中,职工平均工资、开业程序、开业时间是影响城市创业活跃度的关键因素,而房租价格、固定资产投资价格、开业时间、实缴资本对创业活跃度的影响不大。因此,努力降低创业成本,改善创业环境,是提高创业活跃度的必然选择。With the cross-sectional data of Chinese 30 provincial capital cities of 2010,this paper builds a generalized linear model and analyzes the mechanism of the differences of the set-up cost influencing on the entrepreneurial activities of the various cities.The research shows that it is the key factor,average salary,opening procedures and opening time,that influence urban entrepreneurial activity;but the impact of housing rent,investment prices of fixed-asset,opening time and contributed capital is not strong.Therefore,it is the inevitable choice to enhance the entrepreneurial activity to increase support to,keep system reforming and designing,reduce the opening procedures,improve approval efficiency and the business environment.
