摘  要:研究脱墨浆(DIP)的打浆性能,打浆对滤水性能和纸页强度的影响,以及DIP与NBKP配抄对湿部系统的影响。实验结果表明,DIP打浆度应该尽量控制在60oSR以下,以保证浆料更好的滤水性能;可利用DIP配合其他浆料进行配抄以降低成本,同时弥补DIP成纸性能不好的缺陷;随着DIP用量的增加,系统PCD增加较大,成纸强度也有所下降,生产中应该设法控制系统阳离子需求量,以保证助留助滤效果。The properties (such as morphologies, fiber length, fines content, drainage performance and retention rates of filler) of deinked pulp (DIP) beaten by PFI artd its inttuences to paper strength were discussed. We also investigated the effects of DIP content to wet end environment and the ash content of DIP to paper physical properties. Results showed that the beating degree of DIP should be controlled blow 60 °SR in order to obtain good drainage performance. DIP could be utilized combining with NBKP to reinforce strength as well as reduce the cost. ~he PCD increased dramatically and paper performance deteriorated with the increase DIP content. So the PCD should be controlled at a reasonable level to ensure the drainage and retention properties.
