摘 要:为了系统探究速生材高得率浆发色系统在老化过程中的变化,采用差示紫外-可见光谱(DRUV)分析了桉木CTMP未漂浆与漂白浆经阴暗放置、加热和光照的老化过程中发色系统的变化。结果表明,纸浆经加热和光照处理后返黄显著,白度值和明度值L明显下降,并且水分的存在会加剧返黄,主要原因是在老化过程中,共轭羰基和醌类结构含量的增加。此外,在对桉木BCTMP浆进行不同时间的日光照射发现,随着时间的加长,纸浆中发色基团逐渐增多;在光照老化的初期,水分的存在可以在一定程度上抑制返黄。In order to explore the change of chromophoric system of the fast-growing wood during the ageing process, ageing methods such as put in the shadow, heated in the drying oven and irradiated under the sunlight were employed in the ageing process of unbleaching and bleaching of eucalyputs CTMP and the color properties were analyzed with Differential Ultra-Violet Reflectance Spectra (DRUV). The results showed that the pulp dealt with heating and irradiation aged abviously because that the number of the conjugate carbonyl groups and quinone structures increased during the ageing process. The different time of irradiation was also optimized in this work. We found that the longer the exposure time was, the more content of chromophers were. And in the prior period of irradiation, the existence of certain moisture in pulp can inhibit the extent of yellowing.
