手掌指骨骨折临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨分析用微型钢板内固定手掌指骨骨折,用传统的闭合整复石膏、夹板外固定治疗手指骨及指关节骨折的临床效果。方法将该院42例采用手掌骨和手指骨及指关节骨折采用手术和传统方法的治疗进行回顾性分析,用TAFs评定标准评定治疗情况。结果手术治疗组总优15例,良4例,差2例,总优良率90.45%;外固定组优9例,良6例,差6例,优良率72.5%,两者间比较差异性有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微型钢板固定治疗手掌指骨骨折具有功能恢复好,固定可靠,并发症少,可以作为手部骨折的良好材料。Objective To investigate the analysis of miniplate fixation palm phalanx fracture,restoration of the traditional closed plaster splints for the treatment of finger bone and knuckle fracture clinical effect.Methods 42 cases of hospital palm bone and finger bone and knuckle fracture surgery and traditional methods of treatment were analyzed retrospectively,TAFs assessment standards assess treatment.Results The surgical treatment group were excellent in 15 cases,good in 4 cases and poor in 2 cases,the total rate of 90.45%;external fixation group were excellent in 9 cases,good in 6 cases and poor in 6 cases,good rate of 72.5%,there were significant differences between the two（P0.05）,statistically significant.Conclusion The mini-plate fixation of the palm of your hand phalangeal fractures with good functional recovery,fixed and reliable with few complications and good material can be used as hand fractures.
