摘　　要：目的对甲状腺手术中喉返神经损伤的原因和预防措施进行探讨。方法回顾分析该院2000年3月—2011年10月间甲状腺手术1076例的临床资料,分析喉返神经损伤的原因及预防。结果暂时性损伤24例,永久性损伤2例。结论熟悉RLN正常解剖和变异,根据患者具体情况选择是否显露RLN是避免RLN损伤的关键。Objective To investigate the reasons and preventive measures of recurrent laryngeal nerve（RLN）injury during operation in patients with thyroid neoplasm.Methods The clinical data of 1076 cases of thyroid operation in our hospital from March 2000 to October 2011 were surveyed retrospectively.Analysis of recurrent laryngeal nerve injury causes and Prevention.Results Transient injury were 24 cases,permanent injury were 2 cases.Conclusion Familiar with RLN normal anatomy and variants,according to patients with specific situation choose whether RLN revealed the key is to avoid RLN damage.
