锁定接骨板治疗四肢长管状骨骨折后的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨使用锁定接骨板治疗四肢长管状骨骨折的效果。方法对该院收治的四肢长管状骨骨折81例患者随机分为两组。对照组给予外固定架治疗,实验组给予锁定接骨板治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者的出血量和手术时间高于对照组患者,P<0.05;实验组患者愈合率高于对照组患者,固定松动等低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论使用锁定接骨板治疗四肢长管状骨骨折具有较好的效果,医生要根据患者的实际情况选择合适的治疗方法,使骨折愈合更好。Objective To investigate the effect of locking plate treatment of limb long bone fractures.Methods 81 patients limb long bone fractures were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given the external fixator,the experimental group was given a locking plate treatment,the treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results The experimental group of patients with blood loss and operative time was higher in patients,P0.05;experimental group patients healing rate was higher in patients with loosening lower than control group patients（P0.05）.Conclusion Use the locking plate treatment of limb long bone fractures with good results,the doctor should select the appropriate treatment according to the actual situation of the patients,the fractures were healing better.
