摘　　要：本文提出了生化分析仪器中使用的温度测量系统的设计方法。在理论基础上进行了深入分析,探讨了键盘接口电路、显示电路、报警电路等设计中的关键技术。利用具有较大驱动电流的C8051F320单片机进行控制,简化了外围电路;选用数码管进行温度显示,降低了系统的复杂度,提高了系统的可靠性;选择高精度、单线的数字温度传感器DS18B20,提高了系统的测量精度,简化的连接方式,降低了成本。实验测试结果表明,此系统能够满足生化分析仪中温度测试精度的要求。A method to realize temperature measurement in biochemical analyzer is presented. Analyzed in theory; consisted key tech- nology of keyboard interface, display circuit and alarm circuit. A microprocessor of C8051F320 with strong output driving capability is used to controlled circuit; this makes the driving circuit easy. Displaying temperature in LED simplifies the circuit, and improves sys- tem reliability. Super precision and 1-wire digital thermometer DS18B20 improves measurement accuracy. Simplified connection is used to reduce the cost. The test result shows, the system can meets accuracy requirements of temperature measurement in biochemi- cal analyzer.
